Pinrom Focus
Free for solo freelancers · $10/mo flat for teams

Three clients. Three tools. One timesheet.

Your clients run their work in ClickUp, Trello or Asana — and each one only tracks time in its own workspace. Pinrom Focus pulls their tasks, times your work with a focus timer, writes the hours back where the client looks, and gives you one billable timesheet across every client.

The cross-tool problem

You don’t own the tool. You still need the timesheet.

Freelancers and small agencies work inside their clients' project tools. Each tool tracks time for its own workspace — nobody tracks it for you.

Every tool only sees itself

ClickUp's time tracking only knows ClickUp. Trello's board has no idea what you did in Asana. Work across two or three clients and there is no single record of your week anywhere.

Real timesheets are gated

On the plans your clients actually pay for, timesheets are missing or locked behind a per-user upgrade — and it's their workspace, not yours, so you can't fix it.

So you stitch spreadsheets

Hours get copied by hand, rounded down, or forgotten. Or you pay for a per-seat tracker that still files everything by tool instead of by client.

ClickUp

Timesheets are trial-capped on plans below ~$19/user.

Trello

No timesheet on any plan.

Asana

Timesheets start at ~$24.99/user.

Per-seat trackers

≈ $225/mo

for 25 seats on Toggl at ~$9/seat — and still filed by tool, not by client.

Competitor pricing as observed in Sep 2026; check each vendor for current plans.

How it works

Connect, focus, write back, export.

Four steps from a pasted token to a timesheet you can bill from. Zero manual entry when you use the timer.

    01

    Connect

Paste an API key from ClickUp, Trello or Asana. Map each list, board or project to the client it belongs to — once.

    02

    Focus

Pick a task from the tool, run timed work and break sessions, and jot a note when a session ends. Breaks are never billed.

    Write-back

The work time lands on the task in the source tool — a time entry where the plan allows, a comment where it doesn't — right where your client looks.

    Export

Filter the week, check the totals by client, and export an invoice-ready CSV: date, client, project, task, hours, rate, amount.

Integrations

Works inside your clients’ tools. Honestly.

Connect ClickUp, Trello & Asana with a personal token — no app to install in your client’s workspace. Here is exactly what each one supports today.

ClickUp

Fully supported
Connect with a personal API token
ClickUp → Settings → Apps → Generate API token. It starts with pk_ and never expires.
Map each list to a client
Tasks are pulled on demand into your focus task picker and roll up under that client on your timesheet.
Write-back
Each focus session is written to the task as a real ClickUp time entry. When a workspace on a free ClickUp plan hits its time-tracking cap, the session is posted as a comment on the task instead — and the entry is kept in your timesheet either way.

Trello

In testing — rolling out
Connect with a personal token
Open the authorization link from the connect screen, click Allow, and paste the token Trello shows you.
Map each board to a client
Tasks are pulled on demand into your focus task picker and roll up under that client on your timesheet.
Write-back
Trello has no time entries on any plan, so each focus session is posted as a comment on the card with the tracked time and your session note. Your timesheet stays the record; the comment is what the client sees on their board.

Asana

In testing — rolling out
Connect with a personal access token
Asana → Settings → Apps → Developer console → Personal access tokens → Create new token.
Map each project to a client
Tasks are pulled on demand into your focus task picker and roll up under that client on your timesheet.
Write-back
On Asana Advanced, each session becomes a native time-tracking entry on the task. On every other plan, Asana doesn't allow time entries, so the session is posted as a comment on the task instead — the common case for most client workspaces.

Trello & Asana connectors are built and in final testing against the live APIs. You can connect today; we’ll mark them fully supported the moment verification completes.

Timesheet & rollups

One timesheet. Rolled up the way you bill.

My Timesheet is the ledger behind everything: every focus session and manual entry, across every client and every connected tool, with the amounts already worked out.

  • Daily and weekly views

Every session and manual entry across all clients and tools, by day or by week.

  • Rollup by client

Totals by day, week, client and project — so the week reads the way you invoice it.

  • Rate → amount

Set a rate per entry, per client, or a workspace default. The timesheet shows what you're owed.

  • Billable flag and filters

Filter by date, client, project and billable. Mark what's billable; breaks are never logged.

  • Invoice-ready CSV

Date, client, project, task, hours, rate, amount. Paste it into the invoicing tool you already use.

Manual entries work with no tool connected — edit a duration, pick a date, pick a task.

Flat vs. per-seat

25 members tracking time

Toggl-style per-seat tracker (~$9/seat)

$225/mo

25 × $9 — and time still filed by tool, not by client.

Focus Team — one workspace

$10/mo flat

Save $215/mo at 25 members.

Per-seat figure is an approximation for comparison (Sep 2026). Focus Team is billed per workspace, never per member.

Members are not clients.

The one thing to know about the pricing. You pay for the people who track time — never for the people you work for.

Members

“Invite a teammate”

  • People who log in and track time in your workspace.
  • Count toward the 25-member limit on Focus Team.
  • What the flat $10 pays for. Focus Free includes 1.

Clients

“Add a client”

  • Lightweight contacts — who the work is for.
  • They don’t log in and don’t count toward anything.
  • Free and unlimited on every plan, including Focus Free.
